To protect your Core, you must develop rhythms of rest. Practice creating margin in your schedule to slow down, avoid burnout and spend intentional time with your Core Values.
When you consciously allow your Core Values to guide your conversations and thought processes, your character shines. And as a result, you make confident decisions without fear of the opinions of others.

Core Values are the foundation of everything we do at The Restored Leader. During your leadership formation, you will work with a leadership coach to unearth the Core Values that shape who you are and who you are becoming. This is challenging work because we’re often redeeming Core Values from being lost or buried throughout the events and pressures of life. Redeeming your Core Values is identifying them and repositioning them to become the most meaningful elements in your leadership.
Your Core Values don’t end with you. They actually live within relationships. As you redeem them, you’ll see how they manifest in and renew relations with the different spheres in your life: at home, work and community. Because of this work, everyone becomes more authentic, confident and joyful.
Becoming a Restored Leader enables you to radiate authenticity as you are in harmony with what you believe. You will be more confident, having a posture of humility and ambition. And this results in joy – a magnetic attitude.
Those entrusted to your care deserve the best version of you. You deserve the best version of you.
