Created in collaboration with Hannah Lau of Arukah Works and Philip Yan of Centre for Redemptive Business, the Redemptive Business Canvas™ is a tool we use to coach redemptive entrepreneurs. It helps navigate priorities, taking into account the impact and restorative change we seek to build in our ventures.
Our framework is influenced by the Praxis Redemptive Frame, covering three interconnected areas – Leadership, Strategy and Operations. This gives you the language to see your business rightly, plan with confidence and review honestly when it’s time to adjust.
