By enrolling in and participating in the Coaching Journey, the undersigned participant (“Participant”) agrees to the terms below.

  1. Purpose and Nature of the Relationship.  The Coaching Journey is a structured, group-based coaching experience designed to support Participants in examining the impact of their current leadership at home, clarifying their vision for leading their family, and identifying changes and actions necessary to live out that vision. The Coaching Journey emphasizes the formation of leadership character (being and becoming) and the development of leadership competencies (thinking and doing) that directly influence family life. The relationship created by this Agreement is a coaching relationship and is educational and developmental in nature. It is not a therapeutic, medical, or professional-client relationship

  2. Scope. The Coaching Journey may include, without limitation: examination of existing habits, leadership patterns, and decision-making frameworks within the family, guided discussion, personal reflection exercises, brainstorming and group participation, vision development and goal setting, identification of practical action plans, accountability and progress check-ins. The Coaching Journey is educational and developmental in nature and does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention.

Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Coaching Journey is not intended to provide or replace mental health care, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, recovery services for past abuse, medical care, financial advice, legal counsel, or other licensed or regulated professional services; and the facilitator is not acting as a licensed mental health professional. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where needed.

  3. Group Setting; Participation Standards. The Coaching Journey is conducted in a group setting. Participant agrees to engage respectfully, participate constructively, and contribute in a manner that supports a safe and productive group environment. The facilitator reserves the right to limit or terminate participation for conduct that undermines the group process or violates this Agreement.

  4. Confidentiality. Confidentiality is a foundational element of the Coaching Journey. Participant agrees that all personal information (including attendance), stories, reflections, or discussions shared by other participants during the Coaching Journey are confidential and may not be disclosed, repeated, recorded, or shared outside the group, whether during or after the Coaching Journey. This obligation applies regardless of the medium or format of disclosure.
