Bobby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Marshall University. He is pursuing a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Consultation from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine and accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. 

He and his wife, Jody, live with their three children in Indianapolis, IN.
