Bobby Barbour empowers leaders in their leadership formation by helping them show up in their roles knowing who they want to be and what is most important to them.

Two decades of forming leaders and directing spiritual communities has equipped Bobby to understand the challenges of building a business, creating a culture, and developing people. He founded a coaching business with his wife, Jody, to help other founding families and entrepreneurs build thriving businesses and make a lasting impact.

Bobby received a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Marshall University. He is currently pursuing a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Consultation from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine and accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. Originally from southern Ohio and West Virginia, Bobby and Jody live with their three children in Indianapolis, IN.
