Core Values: Integrity, Curiosity and Relationships

Judith defines her Core Values:

Integrity — I continuously strive for congruency between my words, beliefs, and actions. I don’t compartmentalize my life and identity into many small parts that are all separate from each other, but rather, am aware of and honest about the plurality of my own character and that of others and pursue the integration of our whole selves into our developmental processes.

Curiosity — I am a lifelong learner. I am willing to be wrong, question my assumptions, and re-think even long-held beliefs. When interacting with others, I am aware that there is a unique story and experience behind what is observable on the outside, and I pursue mutual understanding as much as possible. I consider conflict and discomfort opportunities for exploration and growth.

Relationships — Stewarding the relationships with my clients and colleagues intentionally and responsibly is the most important part of my work. I do so with curiosity and compassion, and I strive for clear and consistent communication. I find joy in helping others feel heard, seen, and known.

Judith received her coach training from Creative Results Management and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
