As a Certified Executive Leadership Coach and Certified Team Development Coach, Wendy draws from over 24 years of diverse corporate leadership experience, providing her with invaluable insights into the daily challenges and demands faced by leaders.

Wendy is the founder of Chase Group Consulting, a firm specializing in leadership coaching and workplace culture enhancement since 2014. Through her work, Wendy aims to create environments where leaders flourish and teams thrive.

Originally from Orange County, CA, Wendy is a proud fourth-generation Southern Californian and the first in her family to graduate from college. She currently resides in the Geist area of Fishers, Indiana, with her husband, stepdaughter (a junior at Purdue University), and their beloved golden retriever, Fin.

Wendy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business from the University of Southern California. She furthered her expertise through rigorous training as a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Team Coach with the Center of Executive Coaching, in partnership with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
